Hello, my name is Angela and I am excited to join the team at Breedon Priory Health Club. I would love to share Health Qigong with you as it offers so many benefits to our health and wellbeing.

If you are not familiar with Qigong, it comprises gentle exercises incorporating the mind, breathing and body to promote circulation of energy within the body.  Qigong uses slow graceful movements which my classes will teach you, step by step, so that you feel calm and enriched.  Learn how Health Qigong takes inspiration from animals and nature.  Understand the health benefits of each move and their link to our body’s organs and meridians. The philosophy of my sessions is tranquility, enrichment and fun!  Join me to unify your body, breathing and mind, for health and harmony.

Several years ago I discovered the traditional Chinese practices of qigong and tai chi to overcome a chronic condition.  I have continued to maintain good health through these practices, and would love to pass on that knowledge, calm and tranquillity to you.

I am a fully qualified and insured instructor of Health Qigong, my instructor certificate was awarded with distinction by the British Health Qigong Association, and I continually learn from some of the best masters and professors from China.  I have also successfully passed my Duan Grading, awarded by the International Health Qigong Federation, to ensure a high standard of training.  Additionally I have won gold, silver and bronze medals in individual and team competitions at the 2018 European Health Qigong Games.  And I hope some of you may be interested that I am on my journey to become a qualified instructor in tai chi.  If you get a spare couple of minutes please do take a look at my website’
