Hi I'm Miles

I have been a Fitness Instructor since 2006 and went full time as a Personal Trainer in 2009. I've always been into keeping active and believe that fitness is the key to a good body, mind and wellbeing. Away from the gym I enjoy climbing, cycling, kayaking, fly boarding, paddle boarding, motorcycling on the road and doing track days.

I've trained a wide range of people -  all ages including celebrities, namely Alexandra Burke and Joe Pasquale. I love to see peoples' confidence grow and introduce them to different ways of training, whether it be a swiss ball workout that hits everything, toning exercises or building muscle.

I recently did the Nottingham Bike Ride Sherriff 125 mile Ride on a borrowed expensive race bike. I completed the ride in 6hrs 43 mins and fell off four times - not having ridden a race bike or used cleats before. I enjoyed the challenge of trying something different, having come from a mountain bike background. Despite the falls (and hearing a borrowed £3,000 bike hitting the ground) I enjoyed it - so much that I've now bought a race bike to be added to my growing collection of mountain bikes, motor bikes and paddleboards.
